Teaching the basic basketball concepts for beginner basketball players.

We Will focus on Shooting, Dribbling, Passing, Core Skills and Techniques.

Learn the basic rules and also the art of competition.

Build a strong foundation based on skill set and IQ.
This programs is designed to prepare athletes for their upcoming season and also to stay sharp during their season.
This will be a skill based workout to improve the players overall game. We will use innovative training methods to attack different in-game skills in each session. We will also teach players how to hold themselves accountable and equip them to train on their own. For serious players looking to take their skills to the next level!
Competitive small groups will be created with players of similar skill levels. Groups will be small enough to coach to each individual, but large enough to compete and learn from peers.
